This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

A vintage County and Railroad Map of the State of Louisiana. This beautifully detailed nostalgic map from the public domain was created and published by Woodward & Tiernam Printing Co.around 1870-1880. This reproduction image has been restored, converted to sepia tone and has hand blended textures.

I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
